Return Policy

Order Cancellations: Cancellations are considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. If the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process, the cancellation request may not be entertained.

Non-Cancellable Items: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, if the customer can establish that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory, SPACK Solutions may provide a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items - Reporting Issues: If you receive damaged or defective items, please report them to our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue at their end.

Product Mismatch: If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

Warranty Issues - Manufacturer Warranty: For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please refer any issues directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds - Refund Processing: If a refund is approved by SPACK Solutions, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
